As a business owner, one of my TOP priorities is remaining transparent and honest, with our guests and customer experience in mind. 

Truthfully, Luxury Links was not living up to the expectations that we set out to provide for our guests. We are taking a quick pause while we undergo new management, reconfigure our team, review and renew our values and rebuild our quality services that we strive to provide for all of our loved customers and vendors alike. 

Don't worry, we are still around!! We still will be fulfilling all of our event commitments this fall and winter, and we absolutely will still be providing any re-weld services for our previous customers. If you aren't familiar with our sister business, Third Coast Aesthetics, we were previously located via a connecting unit. We are able to take any repairs and re-welds through Third Coast. We ask that you contact Third Coast Aesthetics directly to book these services, as our previous luxury links phone is not actively monitored. We have staff members of Luxury Links who are still currently employed at Third Coast, so they will be more than happy to take care of you!

We are sad to have to take this break, but truly, this is what will allow us to grow and transform into the Permanent Jewelry business that we truly envisioned.
