We understand that life happens — whether it's an accidental snag or a lifestyle change, we're here to keep your permanent jewelry shining and secure. Re-welds and simple repairs typically take only a few minutes. You’re welcome to walk-in during studio hours, but if you’d like to secure a specific time, we recommend booking an appointment in advance. Please note if you are just needing a re-weld (purchased through us or not) you do not need to fill out the form below.

Complimentary Re-welds

If your jewelry was purchased through us, re-welds are always free. Whether it came loose over time or you needed to temporarily remove it, we're happy to re-weld your piece at no charge.

Please bring proof of purchase if possible to help us locate your original order.

Re-Welds for Jewelry Not Purchased From Us

We’re happy to re-weld permanent jewelry that was purchased elsewhere for a small service fee of $10 per weld.

This includes:

• Chains that were originally welded by another business
   
• Chains that are still in good, wearable condition
   

Note: We do not re-weld chains that are visibly damaged, weak, or not suitable for permanent wear.

Repairs on Jewelry

If your permanent jewelry needs more than just a re-weld — such as a broken chain or missing link — repairs are handled on a case-by-case basis. Pricing depends on the type of repair and condition of the jewelry. Please fill out the form below to get a quote.
