Two-Week Issue Disclosure Policy
Customers have 14 calendar days from the date of service to report any concerns related to the integrity of the weld or craftsmanship. To be eligible for evaluation, all issues must be accompanied by the original proof of purchase/receipt provided at the time of service.

• Issues reported after the 14-day period, or without a receipt, may not qualify for complimentary repair or replacement.
   
• This policy covers manufacturing defects only and does not include issues resulting from wear, misuse, or accidents.

Chain Cutting Policy

Once your jewelry artist sizes and cuts the chain, the customer is fully responsible for the cost of the chain. Custom-cut pieces cannot be returned or refunded once the service has been performed.

Maintenance Disclaimer

While referred to as “permanent,” our jewelry can break over time due to natural wear, impact, or misuse. This is considered normal behavior for fine chain jewelry.

• Any repairs or replacements needed outside the two-week window are not guaranteed and may incur a service fee.
   
• Complimentary repairs are only considered for issues disclosed within the 14-day window and with proof of purchase. However, we always offer complimentary re-welds even if is outside the window as long as the chain was purchased through us.

Aftercare Instructions

All customers receive aftercare instructions to help maintain the integrity of their jewelry. It is the customer’s responsibility to follow these guidelines. Refund Process

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are generally not offered for permanent jewelry services due to their customized and semi-permanent nature. However, if a refund is approved:

• Refunds may take 2–7 business days to appear in your account, depending on your financial institution.
   
• Refunds will be made to the original method of payment only.
